OPINION BY JUDGE DOYLE FILED: March 24, 1997 Melvin Lee Jamieson (Claimant) appeals from an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the decision of the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) denying Claimant's petition for workers' compensation benefits on the basis that Claimant provided insufficient notice to two of his employers pursuant to Section 311 of the Workers' Compensation Act (Act).
