Automobile -- rear-end collision with vehicle making left turn -- contributory negligence -- question for jury. As defendants' truck was about to make a left turn, plaintiff's car collided with it from the rear. There was no room for plaintiff to pass the truck to the right. Defendants' chauffeur did not give the warning signal required by statute, 1 Mason Minn. St. 1927, § 2720-17, until he had commenced the turn. Plaintiff had been following the truck at a distance of about 50 feet, with his wheels in tracks on which there was little or no ice or snow. The question of contributory negligence was for the jury.
